Landmark Conference 2025 Men's Outdoor Track & Field Championship

2024 RECAP

The 2024 Landmark Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships saw Susquehanna dominate, claiming their fourth consecutive outdoor title with 227 points. The River Hawks won nine events, including eight on the second day.

Susquehanna swept the major individual awards, with Mason Winslow named Rookie of the Year, Brandon Zimmerman honored as Track Athlete of the Year, and head coach Ethan Senecal and his staff receiving Coaching Staff of the Year. Winslow and Zimmerman set both the championship and facility record in the 4x100 relay with a time of 41.32.

In field events, Keith Green III, Jackson Mabry, and Ethan Roe excelled in the triple jump, while Cole Goodwin won the shot put and Tyler Hauk claimed victory in the discus. On the track, Zimmerman won the 110-meter hurdles, Elliott Davis took first in the 400 meters, and Ben Bulger captured the 400m hurdles title. The day ended with a 4x400 relay win for Winslow, Kareem Beck, Zimmerman, and Davis, posting a time of 3:22.28.

The 2025 Landmark Conference Men's Outdoor Track & Field Championship will be held from Saturday, May 3 to Sunday, May 4 on the campus of Susquehanna University.

TICKET INFORMATION

Tickets will be available through Hometown Ticketing and can be bought with cash on-site, and are valid only for a single day. Fans attending both days will need to purchase a single ticket for both and are encouraged to purchase tickets before arriving at the venue. Individuals will have the opportunity to pay on-site by scanning a QR code with a cell phone.

Championship Poll

As the 2025 Landmark Conference Men's Outdoor Track & Field Championship approaches, Susquehanna emerges as the top contender in the preseason poll, receiving 49 points and seven first-place votes. Moravian follows closely in second with 43 points and one first-place vote, while Elizabethtown ranks third with 36 points. Catholic rounds out the top four with 32 points.

Scranton sits in fifth place with 24 points, while Juniata and Drew are tied for sixth with 14 points each. Goucher finishes the poll in eighth place with 12 points.

Fearwell is looking to continue his stellar senior season. He currently ranks seventh in the nation and second in the Landmark Conference in the 100m with a time of 10.41. He also holds the second spot in the conference and 30th nationally in the 200m with a time of 21.41. Gross, who currently ranks 41st in the nation and first in the conference in the 800m with a time of 3:52.70, is also a force to watch. He ranks first in the conference in the 800m (1:53.92) and eighth in the 1500m (15:23.71). Gross also holds the conference record in the 1500m.

The Cardinals 4x100m relay team is also one to look for. The team currently holds the Landmark Conference record with a time of 41.06. In the field events, Stypul stands out for the Cardinals, ranking second in the conference in the pole vault with a mark of 4.10m.

Drew University

Elizabethtown College

In the track events, Lamb currently ranks third in the 100m (10.67) and tenth in the 200m (22.40). Albright ranks sixth in the conference in both the 200m (22.02) and 400m (49.30). In the field events, Walko is ranked seventh in the shot put with a mark of 13.33m, fifth in the discus with a mark of 42.08m, and first in the hammer with a mark of 49.37m. Haddon is making a significant impact in his first season, currently ranked second in the conference in the high jump with a mark of 1.94m.

Goucher College

Juniata College

In the track events, Stanchina currently ranks 41st nationally and first in the conference in the 10,000m with a time of 30:29.69, which is a conference record. He also leads the conference in the 5000m (14:48.48) and ranks ninth in the 1500m (4:07.10). Smith sits within the top ten in the conference in the 400m (50.43) and ranks second in the 400m hurdles (55.39).

In the field events, Luckey ranks first in the conference and 15th nationally in the high jump with a mark of 2.05m. Morillo is second in the conference in both the shot put (14.27m) and discus (46.21m).

University of Scranton

The University of Scranton is set to challenge for the title at this season's Landmark Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championship. The Royals are building on a strong season, with times and marks now featured in the program’s top ten list in 17 different events.

Key performers for Scranton include sophomore William Dickson, junior Freddie Kumi-Atiemo, senior Christian Snee, and Peter Sorbera. Dickson holds the program record in the 200m with a time of 22.01, ranking fifth in the conference. He also set the program record in the 400m last year with a time of 49.36, and this season, he ranks sixth in the conference in the event with a time of 49.72. Kumi-Atiemo holds the program's top time in the 100m (10.83), placing him within the top ten in the conference.

Distance runner Snee ranks third in program history in the 800m (1:55.26) and second in the 1500m (3:58.07), both times set last season. This year, he sits fifth in the conference for both the 800m (1:55.42) and 1500m (3:59.18).

In the field events, Sorbera holds the program’s best mark in the high jump (1.82m), ranking seventh in the conference, and the second-longest mark in the long jump (6.69m), which currently ranks third in the conference.

Susquehanna University

Under the guidance of veteran head coach Ethan Senecal, the River Hawks look to build on a successful indoor season that culminated in winning the 2025 Landmark Conference Indoor Track & Field Championship.

The River Hawks boast a wealth of talent across their roster, led by senior Brandon Zimmerman, Elliott Davis, Ben Bulger, and first-year Calder Diakite. Zimmerman, the 2025 Indoor Track Performer of the Year and 2024 Outdoor Track Performer of the Year, currently ranks sixth nationally in the 100m (10.39) and first in the conference. Davis ranks 16th nationally in the 200m (21.31) and 14th in the 400m (47.34), holding top spots in both events within the conference.

Bulger is ranked third in the nation in the 400m hurdles (52.39), leading the conference in the event. Diakite has made an immediate impact in his debut season, ranking 11th nationally in the 110m hurdles (14.30) and holding the top spot in the conference. Additionally, Susquehanna’s relay teams are also nationally ranked, with the 4x100m squad sitting third in the country and the 4x400m team ranked 11th and is a conference record—both first in the conference.

Susquehanna's men's track and field team has also obtained a number-seven ranking by the USTFCCCA, the highest ranking the program has ever achieved.
