Live Session Recording:

The Power of Acrobat

Adobe Acrobat online is a browser-based PDF toolkit that lets you edit, convert, sign, and share documents from anywhere without installing software. As academic work often involves large volumes of PDFs, such as journal articles, lecture slides, and assignments, Acrobat provides tools to annotate, highlight, and summarise content efficiently, helping users engage more deeply with their studies. It also simplifies assignment preparation by enabling easy file conversion, merging, and editing, ensuring documents meet submission requirements. Plus, its built-in e-signature and form-filling capabilities eliminate the need for printing and scanning, saving time and resources.

Organizing, Editing, and Enhancing Your PDFs

  1. Go to acrobat.adobe.com and sign in with your Adobe ID.
  2. Upload a document to Acrobat Online to try out the interface and the low-lift editing tools.
  3. To enhance a PDF, open Adobe Express and drag-and-drop our starter PDF (or your own) onto the home page.
  4. Use the Text and Add content menus to add and edit images, icons, design elements, and more to visually enhance your PDF.
  5. Click Share to add collaborators, or Download your file as a PDF.

Portfolio Pitstop

If you're planning to submit a portfolio at the end of the institute so you can earn your AEI Influencer badge, create your own Express webpage or remix our template to get started. Remember that your page needs to feature evidence that you completed work from at least six AEI 2026 sessions in order to be valid - otherwise, the design is up to you! You can submit your completed portfolio when you claim your badges (see the 'How to Get Your Badges' section below).
