The Henley College Enrolment and Advisory Service will run from Thursday 21st August at 10.00 am. If you have submitted all the required documents including your GCSE results by 4.00 pm and meet the entry requirements, and have accepted your offer, we will honour your conditional offer. Entry requirements are as per section below entitled "Other Information"
If you have not uploaded your passport/birth certificate and/or lanyard photo please do so as soon as possible before enrolment. This will minimise any delays at enrolment time. If you cannot load the outstanding documents via your portal, please email the documents to admissions@henleycol.ac.uk.
If you have not sent in your school report, please upload this as soon as possible so we can arrange an interview. It is essential that all students are interviewed prior to 21st August. If you cannot load the school report via your portal, please email the documents to admissions@henleycol.ac.uk.
If you have accepted an offer and you enrol after Thursday 21st August we may not be able to honour your offer.
Please note that we encourage all students to enrol as soon as possible due to the high number of applications we have received this year. All students must enrol prior to the start of term. Please note the following important points:
- Your enrolment to The Henley College for September 2025 will be completed online. Please ensure you have access to an electronic device (laptop, tablet, mobile phone etc.) with internet connection facilities. If this may be a problem, please do contact the Admissions Team and let them know by Thursday 14th August 2025 so we are able to put the necessary requirements in place to assist you with your enrolment.
- If you will not be in the UK on 21st August, please email stuc@henleycol.ac.uk before Thursday 14th August 2025 so alternative arrangements for uploading the Statement of Results can be made.
- Please ensure your mobile number is correct by logging into your application account and choosing your application name with the person icon; this is a key way we will contact you over the enrolment period.
- Please ensure your email address is correct by logging into your application account and choosing your application name with the person icon; this is another key way we will contact you over the enrolment period. If you have given us a school email address, please let us have your personal email address before enrolment.
- If you are looking to amend your subject choices, you can do this prior to enrolment by emailing admissions@henleycol.ac.uk or on enrolment day using the enrolment desk. Please see instructions on how to do this.
- If you wish to be added to The Aspire Programme, please also inform Admissions.
- If you have not been interviewed, this shall be conducted during the enrolment period. Please ensure you are available via phone.
- If you have not uploaded your proof of identification, you will be invited to do so prior to commencement of the enrolment process as it is essential this is received prior to enrolment.
- Your college lanyard, timetable and student ID badge will be given to you at your Welcome Day. You will need to have uploaded a photo to your dashboard prior to enrolment.
- When enrolling online, you will need to upload a copy of your GCSE certificate (Statement of Results - SOR) in a vertical format. This can be in PDF or JPEG format and must be clear, readable and taken on a flat surface. Please ensure your GCSE English Speaking and Listening/Spoken Language Endorsement result is clear too. The document(s) must include all GCSE grades given, as well as your full name, UCI number, date of birth, and the school where the grades were achieved.
- All applicants, including those who have been given an unconditional offer to the College must go through the enrolment process. This is to confirm students' GCSE results and that they qualify for the subjects for which they have applied.
- If you are a current Henley College student, you will still need to go through this enrolment process to progress on to your Level 2 or Level 3 course and upload a copy of your Level 1/ Level 2 results from the Student Portal.
- Due to high volumes, the enrolment process may not take place straight away, but please ensure you are contactable via email and phone during this time. It will also take longer if you need to be interviewed, or if you have not uploaded your id, or if there is a query about your subjects.
- Students are not able to enrol at two colleges at the same time.
Please note: If you are an Elite Rugby player, please keep an eye on your emails for information regarding preseason and training for the upcoming year.
