MyFamilyBenefits is a free, easy-to-use online portal, for individuals receiving Nutrition and Cash Assistance to help manage their benefits.
Once registered, Arizona families have a secure way to access case information and other resources. Participants can track the progress of their application and have access to multiple resources to help manage their benefits.
To take advantage of all these features, a participant must create a MyFamilyBenefits account by providing the following:
- An email address (Only one email address can be used per account)
- AZTECS Case Number or SSN of the Primary Informant
- Date of Birth of the Primary Informant
Do you have a participant who would like to access their case information right away?
Participants will be able to view the status of their case, benefit amounts, report changes, upload documents, and view notices. They will also be able to find information on how to apply for benefits, complete their Mid-Approval Contact forms and so much more.
All information in MyFamilyBenefits is available in both English and Spanish.
Perks of MyFamilyBenefits:
- View progress of the eligibility process (visual tracker)
- View/download/print notices
- Report, view, and submit changes
- Complete Mid-Approval Contact (MAC) for the Nutrition Assistance Program
- Upload/View verification documents
- Print card showing "Proof of Eligibility"
- Change account passwords
- Check EBT balance which includes a link to the EBTEdge website
- "Manage Contacts"
- "How to Apply" and "Other Resources" Available
The "Manage Delivery Preferences" process helps guide our participants to go paperless.
Document Self Indexing
Participants now have the ability to index the document type during the upload process. This reduces the need for re-indexing in OnBase.
It is important that we do our part to educate participants about the benefits of signing up for MyFamilyBenefits.
