Intern Recruiting Process at Adobe

Apply directly through Adobe's Careers website! We have a two-step interview process that will provide you the opportunity to showcase both your technical skills and fit for Adobe's roles. You will first complete a HackerRank assessment that will evaluate your technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and how you approach coding challenges. Should your technical skills be a match for one of our teams, the behavioral interview will focus on your past experiences, projects, and how you have utilized skills relevant to the position.

Should you have any questions regarding any of the following, here’s who to reach out to:

Sourcing Partner for information about the 1st round interview process and questions about any additional roles that you may qualify for.

Talent Partner for questions about the role, preparation, compensation expectations, following up regarding a decision post-interview.

Talent Coordinator for anything scheduling related, details about your pending interview.

Hear From Our Interns

"When I was interviewing for my internship, everyone I interacted with kept saying the company culture was what they liked the most about Adobe. At that time, I didn’t fully comprehend how unique that culture was, but I got to experience it firsthand throughout my journey from an intern to full-timer and witnessing how the company's primary focus is centered around employees’ wellbeing. There are also so many cool opportunities for growth, personal development, as well as ways to get involved outside your work." - Sarah, Software Engineer Intern with Adobe Sensei

"Before or during the interview, many students may forget that their interviewers are human too. Remember, they have talked the talk, walked the walk, and they have gone through the journey just like you. Think of your interviewers as your friends; this makes you less nervous and allows you to establish a better connection with them. Near the end of your interview, ask questions - a lot of questions. Don’t just ask about the culture of the company or the team. Get a little personal. Ask about how Adobe has helped them with their career growth, or how Adobe has helped with their work-life balance. Remember, the interview is a two-way street. So, relax and enjoy the process." - Vicky, Experience Design Intern with Adobe Fresco
