Students were asked during Academy to write down silly fears and joys that weren't shared with anyone. These sheets were then hung up in the LGI on Apr. 22 and 23.
Elementary students drew their fears and joys on sheets of paper along with high school staff to show that no matter how old we are, fears and joys still play a role in our lives.
A warped mirror was placed to help students reflect on their contributions to the community. The closer you get to it, the less distorted you become and it represents your perspective getting clearer.
