We arrived into Paris very late after the usual marathon 24hrs of air travel from Oz. We caught the RER and Metro from the airport after some last minute advice from Thierry on the Paris Navigo pass system. (Thanks Thierry!)
Today in Paris it was a warm and sunny 24 deg day and knowing the next few days will be cooler and possibly wet, we decided to hit most of the famous landmarks Paris is famous for. These are really just a few as on reflection, none of our cities in Oz come close. We may have a small handful of landmarks, but there is no comparison to the number and grandeur that Paris has to offer!
We finished off a stunning day with a viewing of the Eiffel Tower in all its sparkling glory before coming back to the hotel to crash!
