Our Projects

Peer Tutoring Forms and Reporting

Focused on optimizing data management, automating processes, and reporting efficiency for the Peer Tutoring program offered by OSSaW. Three significant outcomes of this project are:

  1. standardization of data collection through REDCap forms to improve data quality
  2. reduction in processing time in tutor assignment and reporting
  3. development of comprehensive reporting providing insights and actionable analytics to support operational effectiveness

Professionalism Concerns Dashboard

Developed detailed reporting on medical students' professionalism concerns reported by faculty and staff via the Professionalism Concerns Reporting process. The report was designed to systematically capture, track, and analyze concerns at an individual-student and aggregated level. As an outcome, this project supports transparency in the professionalism concerns reporting process and provides data and analytics to decision-makers.

OSCE Bi-Annual Reporting

Develop a report to monitor and track the performance of medical students in Objective Structured Clinical Examinations (OSCEs) throughout their clinical years. The report will provide detailed insights into student progress, identify areas for improvement, and support targeted interventions to enhance clinical skills and competencies.
