After singing and practising some of our Christmas songs, we continued to practise and play our recorders. We love playing the recorders and reading music. Some of us are so inspired by our music lessons that we have put musical instruments on our Christmas list!
In this week’s STEM session, we deciphered codes. We used coding wheels, morse code and pig pen coding to solve codes and answer clues. Pig pen coding is tricky but we were really good at understanding and using it.
We are linking our English and history lessons at the minute. This week, we got in role as our Viking characters. We then freeze framed ourselves and had to introduce ourselves to our Viking comrades. Watch this space for more drama photos next week!
Finally, in Spanish, we learned about the continents. We had to label a map of the world with continent names in Spanish.
