Health Benefits of Peaches
Peaches are packed with antioxidants- these protect your body from disease and help with aging. Remember the fresher and riper the peach the more antioxidants it contains.
One medium-sized fruit provides about 2 grams of fiber. Fiber helps move food through your gut to help with constipation as well as keeping you full longer. What a delicious way to improve your health!
