PROJECT
The project was born from a multilateral meeting held in Turin in March 2024, where, in my role as ambassador and speaker, I had the opportunity to meet the colleagues who later took part in the project
Objectives:
- To promote digital citizenship and reflection on the conscious use of the Internet (on the occasion of Safer Internet Day)
- To foster intercultural understanding through creative and collaborative activities
- To experiment with digital tools and artificial intelligence applied to teaching
- To strengthen students' linguistic, digital, and social skills in a European context
The eTwinning project 'Interactive pAIntings' at Liceo Giolitti-Gandino involved class 2C of the Applied Sciences program in an innovative journey of reflection on the ethical and responsible use of the Internet and digital intelligence in education.
The students collaborated with peers from Greece and Spain to create talking paintings and interactive narratives, developing essential skills: digital, linguistic, and STEM, as well as citizenship skills, cultural awareness, and personal and social abilities. It was a stimulating experience that brought together art, technology, and active digital citizenship, reinforcing the value of cooperation and critical thinking in an international context.

The activity for SID25 took part in the digital citizenship contest within the framework of the national teacher training course on digital citizenship, organized in Italy as part of the European Year of Digital Citizenship Education 2025
