Kindergarten - We will be working with LEGOs to build our fine motor skills.

1st and 2nd Grade - We will be working with LEGOs to build different designs.

3rd Grade - We will be making basic shapes with paper and tape to build different designs.

4th and 5th grade - We will be making basic shapes with paper and tape to build different designs.

September 2025

Kindergarten - We will begin learning all about coding using our Ozobot robot.

1st Grade - We will begin learning all about coding using our Sphero Mini robot.

2nd grade - We will begin learning about coding using our VEX123 robot.

3rd grade - We will begin learning about coding using our Dash robot.

4th grade - We will begin learning about coding using our VEXGO robot.

5th grade - We will begin learning about coding using our Sphero Bolt robot.

October 2025

Kindergarten-5th grade - This month is all about coding and using robots. Kindergarten will continue coding using Ozobots. 1st grade will continue coding using Sphero Minis. 2nd grade will continue coding using the VEX123 robot. 3rd grade will continue coding using the Dash robots. 4th grade will continue coding using the VEXGO robot. 5th grade will continue coding using the Sphero Bolt robot.

November 2025

All grades will continue learning about coding using the code.org website. Students with a degree in Computer Science are in high demand in the job field, and coding is a big part of the demand.

December 2025

We will be continuing our study of coding by using code.org. Students in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade will also participate in the Hour of AI during STEM in order to increase their knowledge of coding and artificial intelligence.

January 2026

Kinder-2nd Grade: Students will continue learning about coding using their various robots.

3rd-5th Grade: Students will learn about bridges and will use paper and tape to build the strongest bridge. Students will also continue to learn about coding using various robots.

February 2026

Kinder-5th Grade: Students will focus on technology standards and using robots and code.org to understand and increase their ability to write code.

March 2026

Kinder-5th Grade: Students will continue learning about coding through the use of robots.

April 2026

Students in all grades will continue using robots to learn computer science standards and they will complete various activities to show their understanding.

May 2026

The year has come to an end and students will have the opportunity to show their growth in technology and engineering principles through various activities.
