November 21, 2024... Copenhagen Food Collective (Cofoco) is excited to announce the opening of their 19th restaurant, SUPERBON, which opens doors in the Meatpacking District. With the ambition to create an informal and flavorful dining experience, SUPERBON brings modern Asian cuisine to the heart of Copenhagen.
At SUPERBON, guests can look forward to a menu filled with delicate nuances of flavor. From steaming bao buns and elegant servings of raw seafood to succulent grilled lobster and refreshing pomelo salad - just some of the many dishes on the extensive menu. SUPERBON invites you on a culinary journey through Asia's diverse cuisine.
The restaurant not only offers a diverse cuisine, but also an atmospheric and inviting interior design that combines elegant Asian design elements with Meatpacking District's raw, industrial charm. SUPERBON is the perfect place for everything from a quick a quick dinner before a festive night in the city calls, a long evening in good company or an intimate moment at the bar with cocktails and snackable dishes.

Since 2004, Cofoco has been instrumental in shaping the culinary landscape of the Danish capital.
