Our commitment to extra time in the gym has paid off. Simpson became the first program in DIII history to achieve the feat of leading the nation in all three shooting categories in a single season.

Our players get better every year. We help them understand the time & consistency it takes to master the skill of shooting.

2026: LED THE A-R-C in assists, steals & turnovers forced

2025: LED ALL NCAA DIVISONS in 3-POINT 40.17%

2025: LED THE A-R-C in FIELD GOAL 46.5%, 3PTS PER GAME 9.9, POINTS PER GAME 78.6PTS

These numbers are from hard work by individuals but also from our style of play turning defense into offense & selfless passing. We were ranked #1 in the A-R-C steals per game 11.31, turnovers forced per game 20.1 & assists per game 16.1.

Our players have been recognized individually for their incredible shooting percentages as well.

2025: Haley Rasmussen led ALL NCAA DIVISIONS 3PT 51.7%

2025: Maddax DeVault was #2 in the A-R-C behind Haley in 3PT 43.1%

2026: Ella Anderson was #2 in the NCAA FG 61.7%

2025: Molly Lutmer & Haley Rasmussen combined for 145 3PTS LEADING THE A-R-C IN THE REGULAR SEASON

Our gym is rarely empty, our players love competing with each other, getting extra reps and shots in! The music is usually blaring, pushing each and of course having fun! Their offseason work leads to in-season growth!

We are consistent with our individual & small group workouts. After meeting 1 on 1 with each player, we create individualized workouts built around their goals, strengths and areas of growth!

HISTORY OF BUILDING CONFIDENCE IN THE GYM

In the 2021 A-R-C Tournament Championship Game, in the most high pressure situations, Cameron #40 & Jenna #41 were CONFIDENT because of the thousands of reps they've put in. With under a second left, Cam nailed 2 Free-throws to take us into OT, and with minutes left in OT Jenna hit a huge 3-pointer to seal the CHAMPIONSHIP!
