Over 20+ Jacket and Topside Preweakening Designs / CAT III Checks Undertaken (including a FPO)

Structure weights ranged from 700T to 14,000T

We have designed Load in support systems.

Designs have included cut and pull, explosive demolition and cut and lift.

Experience in Petrochemical demolition in UK and Abroad.

Preweakening designs and demolition methodologies/sequencing produced for vessels, columns, tanks, chimneys, reformer furnaces, loop reactors, warehouses, pipe racks, air heaters, flare stacks, ethylene spheres.

Over the last 6 years we have worked closely with a Leading Industry Expert, and can provide both designs and CAT III checks for PowerStation Preweakening / Demolition

Undertaken over 15 Preweakening Designs / Checks for Chimneys, Columns, Vessels and stacks of various construction (RC, steel, brick), using both traditional and explosive techniques.

Significant experience in the assessment of bridge structures and their stability during demolition.

We can offer site supervision of preweakening activities, including checks on setting out.
