Dear Bluejay Family,
As we approach the final week of school, we do so with hearts full of gratitude and a deep sense of joy. These last days are always full—full of events, full of energy, and full of meaning. We’re committed to finishing strong, and more importantly, finishing with faith—faith in the growth of each child, in the strength of our community, and in the guidance of God's hand through it all.
Our calendar for this last week is full of celebrations and final moments together, so we encourage you to stay closely connected through school communications. Every event is an opportunity to mark the milestones your children have reached this year.
Let’s keep our eyes on the finish line and our hearts centered in faith as we close out this wonderful school year.
Grace & Peace,
Erin B. Henry

2025 CAFETERIA/Courtyard CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
While we’ve encountered a few delays, please know our team is working diligently to complete the project as safely and efficiently as possible. We are currently in the process of adding fill dirt to build a firm foundation for the beautiful new brick archways that will frame our courtyard, tying it in with our beloved Historic Building.
Be on the lookout this summer for some exciting updates from Food and Nutrition Services!
REMINDER: Once school ends on May 23rd, gym entry will shift to the rear gate and car line will be reduced to one lane as activity ramps up in the courtyard.
Thank You to Our Advisory Council
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the members of the Advisory Council for their faithful service to St. Cecilia School during the 2024–25 school year. Your dedication, guidance, and support have been instrumental in helping us grow in faith, excellence, and community. We are truly grateful for the time, insight, and love you share with our school.

**** LIBRARY BOOKS ****
PARENTS!! Please be advised that your FACTS account will be billed a Library Book Replacement Fee for EACH library book that is not returned! If your child has a book that needs to be returned, please be sure they get it to Mrs. Renard or Mrs. Courtney as soon as they are finished with it. Please note that once the fees are billed and collected, no refunds will be issued. If necessary, we will place a credit on your account to be used toward any incidental charges for the 25-26 school year. Thank you for your assistance and Happy Mother's Day to all our SCS Moms!
**** CAFETERIA CHARGES ****
If your child owes a balance for cafeteria charges, please be sure that you pay the incidental bill that was sent to your FACTS account OR make your payment on your myschoolbucks account. Please note that if you paid the bill that was sent to your FACTS account, there may be additional cafeteria charges that occurred after the bill was sent. Mrs. Dorothy, our Cafeteria Manager, sends electronic statements to those families with a balance due at the beginning of each month and she will be resending them again on Monday, 5/12/25. If your FACTS account was billed for charges but you did not receive the electronic statement from Mrs. Dorothy, please reach out to her via email at stcecilia@fns-dol.org to let her know. Currently, there is no phone in the cafeteria so email is the best form of communication for the cafeteria.
