A chain of casino game outlets sold in the Philippines

Premier Horizon Alliance Corp said Monday it has completed a stake sale in its internet cafe-based casino gaming business in the Philippines.

The transaction is worth 620 million PHP ($14.3 million), according to a filing with the Philippine Stock Exchange.

Premier Horizon has sold a 100% stake in Digiwave Solutions Inc's parent company, the newly merged Total Gamezone Xtreme Inc, to another Manila-listed company, Leisure & Resorts World Corp.

The Digiwave Solution site is licensed by Pagcor, a casino game operator and regulator in the Philippines.

Leisure & Resorts World is a holding company with broad interests in entertainment, including capital investments through AB Leisure Global Inc., which has a 100% stake in the Philippine casino resort City of Dreams Manila, which is currently under construction.

Leisure & Resorts World also owns less than 70% of First Cagayan Leisure and Resort Corp. The company is a master licensee for overseas online gaming licenses issued by the Cagayan Special Economic Zone for websites targeting overseas customers. 슬롯사이트
