What a busy first term it has been! We need to say a big thank you to Quinn's for donating a bag of sweets to every child in the school and Early Years Class. They were very much appreciated.

Thank you everyone for engaging in our changes to packed lunches and helping us ensure we continue to store food in a safe and hygienic way. We would still like to encourage everyone to support your child in trying the school meals through the week.

Lastly, remember to take a note of upcoming events and dates leading up to our Christmas break, which are at the end of the newsletter.

Many thanks and best wishes!

EYC Highlights

Our Halloween Bookbug session was a huge success. We were so grateful to see so many families attending and engaging in our spooky stories and songs! We look forward to the next one!
Everyone in the nursery made a fantastic effort with their Halloween costumes! A huge mix of spooky, sensible and super that made for a wonderful day.
We had so much fun during our Halloween fun day! The party, lunch and fishing for apples are just some of our favourite parts from the day.
We were thrilled to welcome so many of our parents and carers into the EYC during our 'Stay and Play' sessions. It was great to see so many children showing off their favourite parts of the nursery. Thank you for getting involved and stuck in with what we were doing.

Parent Survey

We would appreciate hearing your views about the nursery to help to continually improve our service. Please follow the link below to complete our survey. It should take no longer than 5 minutes.

Dress down this Friday and bring in your donations!

Reminders!

Attendance and Punctuality: Regular attendance is crucial for academic success. Please make sure your child arrives on time each day, ready to learn and play. If your child will be absent, kindly contact Mrs Henderson.

Communication: We value strong communication with our parent/carers. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to speak with our practitioner at the door or your child's key worker during drop of and pick-up. You can also call the school office to speak with Mr Cameron-Longden.

Winter Clothing: With the change of temperature it is important that we make sure everyone is dressed appropriately for the weather. During these colder months please make sure you send your child in with a hat, scarf, gloves and warm jumper that are all named. You are welcome to leave these on your child's peg if you have an extra set at home.

Please visit our school website for more information about the school's development and all past and future newsletters. Visit our school Facebook page to keep up to date with what is happening within the school
