For 2025, I wish that Jesus continues to be the center of your life, that His peace fills your heart, and that His guidance accompanies you in every decision and step you take. With all my love, I wish you from Albania a Happy New Year 2025.
Thank you God

My family and I had a very special sharing, since I had to travel to Albania and I could not spend Christmas and New Year's with them. It was a significant moment for me, where I could enjoy their company and our traditions. My sister prepared the typical Venezuelan dish, hallacas, and other dishes; which made the gathering even more special. I am grateful to God for allowing me to have the opportunity to celebrate with my Justos family before my trip.

Thank you God

As I reflect on this 2024, I thank God for all his blessings. For guiding my steps, for helping me in every area of my life. I am thankful for his constant provision and faithfulness.

I also thank God for you who have supported me and encouraged me to move forward.

I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you. Psalm 32:8

On December 20, I arrived in Albania, specifically in the capital Tirana, where I was received by the missionary from South Korea. She received me with much love and made me feel at home.

The following is a brief summary of the country where God will allow me to live for three months.

Location:

Population of Albania:

Albania has a population of approximately 2.8 million. Most Albanians are young, but the country faces a declining population due to emigration and low birth rate.

Albanian Economy:

The Albanian economy is based on sectors such as agriculture, energy, tourism, and remittances sent by emigrants. Although historically one of the poorest countries in Europe, it has shown steady growth since the fall of communism.

Predominant religion:

The majority religion in Albania is Islam, mainly of the Sunni branch, although there is also a significant presence of Bektashi Muslims (a Sufi order). Historically, the country has had a secular focus due to the communist policies of the 20th century, which prohibited religious practice for several decades. Today, there is remarkable religious tolerance, and there are also Christian communities, both Orthodox and Catholic.

I will be supporting a missionary who has been in Albania for more than 10 years doing excellent work.

.

On December 23, I met with South Korean missionaries serving in various ministries in Albania to celebrate Christmas together. Seeing them gathered, I prayed to God that, just as South Korea has blessed many nations by sending missionaries, He will also bless this nation and raise up a generation firmly grounded in His word, capable of continuing to take missionaries to all parts of the world.

.

I arrived in Albania just at the moment that God wanted it, since this month is the opportunity to share the true meaning of Christmas, which is Jesus, therefore, the church had prepared several activities.

On Friday when I arrived I immediately joined the prayer meeting that was held to pray for the activities of the weekend.

On Sunday, December 22, we had a very special time at the church. The service started promptly at 9:00 a.m., and something that stood out was the presence of children whose parents are Muslim, but who still came with joy to participate in the activities.

The children who have been in the church the longest prepared a beautiful special: a small drama about the birth of Jesus, reminding us of the message of love and redemption that Christmas brings. At the end of the activity, the children received gifts that were donated by a Christian NGO from England, a gesture that brought smiles and joy to their hearts.

This was followed by the adult service, which was attended mostly by women. Although the group was small, the communion was very meaningful. The youth of the church also participated, presenting a moving dramatization that enriched the atmosphere.

Finally, we closed the day with a time of sharing, enjoying together as a family in Christ. It was a day full of blessing and gratitude to our Lord.

Special Dinner for Women

In a special activity organized for women, an invitation was extended to 25 women residing in the vicinity of the church, with the purpose of sharing a dinner and, above all, bringing them the transforming message of the gospel. The response was amazing: all the guests attended, many of them not knowing Christ and, for the most part, identifying themselves as Muslims.

It was striking to witness how God is working in the hearts of the people of Ishmael, showing His love and interest in each of these lives. During the event, the brethren prepared special songs of praise that filled the atmosphere with worship and hope. Afterwards, a message of salvation was presented, inviting all those present to know Jesus as their Savior.

The evening concluded with a time of fellowship while food was shared, strengthening bonds and sowing the seed of the gospel in a field prepared by God. This gathering made evident the power of Christ's love to reach out to all nations and cultures.

My prayer is that all those who have heard the word, may God allow that seed to be sown in good soil and that it may bear fruit and multiply. But I do observe that the harvest is plentiful and the laborers are few. So if you are reading this news letter and you have a calling to a nation that until now you do not know where to go I encourage you to pray for Albania and be the one to join in order to bring the message of freedom and salvation to this nation.

On December 25th a meeting was held with 10 church leaders, most of them are young people with a desire to serve God. It was a time of fellowship in which I prepared one of the traditional dishes of my country, (ensalada de gallina), the Korean and Albanian brothers also prepared their typical dish. We enjoyed playing games and concluded with a time of prayer.
December 26th was dedicated to the preparation of food for an evangelistic activity scheduled for December 27th. The evangelistic activity was entitled K-Day, this activity aimed to evangelize young people through Korean culture, taking advantage of the great impact that K-pop and Korean dramas have had around the world, especially among young people who admire this culture. Several local churches and ministries participated in the event. Most of the attendees were teenagers, mainly women. A pastor from Albania presented the gospel message. We pray that the seed of the gospel has been planted in good soil and will bear fruit for the glory of God.

How to keep remembering me in prayer?

1. God give me wisdom, strength and guidance during my training process with the Missionary Agency Pioneers International Mexico. (Thank God I completed the online training. Then next year I must go to Mexico for three months to complete the face to face training, but due to visa problems I will not be able to go, therefore it is pending).

2. For next year (March - April), I am scheduled to do the security training in Great Britain. I ask you to accompany me in prayer for God to take control from now on, especially to obtain a visa, and all that is required to be there.

3. May I love our Lord more, with surrender. Love His Word, long for His presence, experience His joy, and be a good steward for His glory.

4. Pray for perseverance, patience, and faith.

5. Wisdom for Bible seminary studies.

6. May the Lord continue to use me in a special way in Albania to be an instrument of encouragement and strength for the brethren in the church, and to inspire those with a call to NK that they may advance with faith and courage in the work of God.
