In this portfolio of prints, I explore the beauty and wonder of the hibiscus plant that I pass by everyday on campus. Through looking closer and connecting with botanicals/nature in our immediate environments, we can begin to re-enchant our awareness of the world around us by exploring the microcosms of the plants that we use or encounter daily. This series of prints explores the form, vibrancy, and growth of the hibiscus plant to appreciate its unique presence and life.
