Tunica-Biloxi Tribe of Louisiana Long-range Transportation Plan

The Tunica-Biloxi Tribe of Louisiana is updating its long range transportation plan to serve as guide for future transportation improvements and investment decisions through 2050.

Purpose:

  • Identify, evaluate and determine present and future public transportation needs.
  • Provide a 25-year transportation plan, which defines those needs and is responsive to short and long range development projections.
  • Develop prioritized listing of recommended road improvements projects for use by the Tribe and BIA in implementing a construction program to meeting current and projected transportation needs.

DRAFT AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC REVIEW & COMMENT:

The Tunica-Biloxi Tribe of Louisiana will have a copy of the draft Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP 2050) available for public review and comment for a minimum period of (14) days prior to final adoption.

Your input is very important! This is your opportunity to comment and indicate your concerns. Beginning January 22 through February 5, interested residents may view the draft LRTP 2050 document and provide comments in writing using the online public input form, email, or in mail.
