Data Privacy Statement & Copright

At our 'Transdigital Education' website, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the responsible use of your data. This Data Privacy Statement outlines how we collect, process, and protect your personal information while using our website, which was created using our own photos and Adobe Express.

Collection of Personal Data

This website was created with Adobe Express and is subject to the terms of the Adobe Enterprise Term License Agreement (Adobe Acrobat Pro DC ETLA) and Adobe Value Incentive Plan (Adobe Creative Cloud). Certain services may also be subject to Adobe's privacy policy. Additionally, the product terms published by Adobe apply.

We embed videos from the "YouTube" platform provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Privacy Policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/, Opt-Out: https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated. Normally, when you visit a page with embedded videos, your IP address is sent to YouTube, and cookies are installed on your computer. However, we have embedded our YouTube videos using the enhanced privacy mode. In this case, YouTube still contacts the DoubleClick service from Google, but, according to Google's privacy policy, personal data is not evaluated. Therefore, YouTube does not store any information about visitors unless they watch the video. If you click on the video, your IP address will be transmitted to YouTube, and YouTube will be informed that you have viewed the video. If you are logged into YouTube, this information will also be associated with your user account. You can prevent this by logging out of YouTube before accessing the video.

We have no knowledge of or influence over the possible collection and use of your data by YouTube after accessing a video. For more information, you can refer to YouTube's privacy policy at www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/. Furthermore, for general information on managing and disabling cookies, please consult our overall presentation in this privacy policy.
