This three-day pre-orientation program aims to immerse participants in the culture, history, and service opportunities of the Lancaster, PA community. Through a combination of service projects, educational tours, and recreational activities, students will build connections with each other and develop a deeper understanding of community engagement. Students will learn to appreciate Lancaster and what it takes to be a good neighbor during their time at F&M.

The Goals for PIT Include:
- making connections with fellow classmates
- moving in early and exploring campus
- getting to know upperclassmen who will be your guides and mentors
- developing a deeper understanding of community engagement
- understanding what it means to "be a good neighbor" during your time at F&M
- fall in love with Lancaster!
