With over 17 years in the hospitality industry in multiple countries, in everything from barback, to bartender, manager and even cook, I am experienced in developing creative & sustainable cocktail menus, with a special interest in non-alcoholic offerings and showcasing seasonal produce. I offer consultancy, menu development, & FOH training for both venues and private events.
