As we come to the end of the autumn term, we would like to thank you for your continued support and to reflect on what has been a wonderfully busy and memorable few months. From the Christmas Extravaganza and festive parties to our OPAL Play and Stay sessions and the excitement of ice skating, the term has been full of joy, learning and shared experiences. We wish all our children, parents and carers a restful and enjoyable break, and ask that everyone takes care and stays safe over the holidays. We wish you a very happy New Year and look forward to welcoming everyone back in 2026. Best wishes Debbie Maindonald

Christmas Extravaganza
Our Christmas Extravaganza took place at Haute Vallee School on the 3rd, 4th & 5th December and what an Extravaganza it was! The children's performance was absolutely amazing and there were some very proud teaching staff and parents. There are so many people to thank for all their time and commitment when putting on a show like this and we applaud each and everyone of them. We would however like to take this opportunity to say a BIG thank you to Kam for taking the idea and making it happen - THANK YOU KAM!
Out & About in the Community
On Monday some of our children visited Les Charrieres to sing to the residents who thoroughly enjoyed the performance. The children were a credit to the school and brought lots of smiles and Christmas cheer to everyone. A big thank you to Les Charrieres for this opportunity and we look forward to visiting them again!
Year 2 Performance - Christmas Counts
Last Friday , our Year 2 children performed their Christmas show for the parents and carers, sharing the story of Christmas. They sang beautifully, spoke clearly, and performed with wonderful enthusiasm and confidence, it was a joy to watch and we all left feeling very festive - Well done Year 2 you were FAB U LOUS!
Pupil Parliament
On the 3rd December our Year 6 Pupil Parliament representatives joined Miss Williams at Highlands College to share our views and get our voices heard on the new development plans for Fort Regent. The children got to bring their own ideas to life through the use of modelling clay and tell the Jersey Development Company what they'd like to see next for Fort Regent!!
Ice Skating!
Years 1 to 6 have all enjoyed having a go at Ice Skating this term. The children had an fantastic time - and so did the staff and parents! We would like to thank the Jersey Development Company for giving our children this opportunity.
Tintos!!
Not to miss out - Reception & Nursery also had an exciting time at Tintos . Reception and Nursery pupils had and incredible time filled with laughter, exploration, and unforgettable fun. This special trip wouldn't have been possible without the amazing support from our parents and carers through the various fundraisers we've held this term. Your generosity truly makes a difference, and we are so grateful for everything you do to enrich our children's learning journey.
We would like to say thank you to the wonderful charities who support some of families over the festive period. Caring Cooks, Variety & the Jersey Christmas Appeal have all helped families in our community this year.
