We hope you are having a wonderful final semester here at JMU!
As you prepare for your Spring Commencement, please read over the monthly newsletters for important information. This is edition three of five, so be sure to keep your eye out for the next two! This edition will highlight all the senior events hosted by JMU, providing you with a comprehensive guide to the celebrations and activities designed to make your final semester unforgettable.

Did you miss Commencement Expo?
Don't worry! You can still order your regalia with the Bookstore! If you were unable to attend Commencement Expo, you may stop by the JMU Bookstore in-person or visit shopjmu.com and search "commencement" to order your regalia online.
Please note the following when placing your order online:
- Honor cords, awarded based on your GPA, will be available both online and in store with the Bookstore. Unsure if you qualify for honors? Check the information here!
- The complete regalia package includes your cap, gown, hood, and tassel. If you need all items, be sure to select the package rather than ordering individual pieces.
- When placing your order online, you will need to provide the following information to help the Bookstore team match your correct regalia. Height, Weight and Degree/Major (i.e., Bachelor of Arts, Master of Science, etc.)
- There is a cost associated for shipping your regalia package, at an estimate of $8.
All graduates should receive an email with details about the current online ordering window. If you have questions or need assistance, please call or email the JMUGrad Office at 540-568-7787 or jmugrad@jmu.edu.

Designs must be submitted by May 10th. Voting and winner announcements will take place shortly after.

The senior class is working to organize a time for seniors to personalize your grad caps with designs and decorations, reflecting your years at JMU! This event will be held on April 2nd from 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. in the Clubhouse in Madison Union. The senior class will share more details about this on their LinkTree shortly.
Senior Day Downtown
Join the senior class downtown for a day of discounts and specials! Visit the Friendly City on March 27th from 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. to celebrate graduation and immerse yourself in the Harrisonburg community. RSVP to secure your wristband, which allows you to receive discounts exclusive to the senior class, by filling out the form below.

Complete your Senior Compass!
Senior Compass is a non-credit Canvas course all undergraduate students must complete the semester leading up to graduation. Once you apply to graduate, the Senior Compass Hold will be placed on your account automatically at the beginning of the semester in which you intend to graduate; the hold will be removed once the two Senior Compass requirements are completed.
