This is a time of heightened divisiveness coexisting alongside an ever expanding sense of awareness that separation is an illusion. Something new - perhaps even greater than we've ever known - is emerging for the benefit of all. Many beautiful modalities are assisting us, guiding our awareness to new ways of understanding life. One of the most potent comes through the ancient gift of plant medicines. When combined with other consciousness expanding modalities, significant shifts in our way of thinking and being becomes possible.

THE OFFERING

How it works. This circle combines a ceremonial blend of vaped Cannabis with a guided breathwork practice. When combined, cannabis and breathwork provide "fully somatic and psychedelic states" (CMM) that surpass anything achieved when taken alone. Sensations in the body become amplified with the potential for participants to have "DMT level experiences" or something similar to "Ayahuasca with the emotional support of MDMA" (CMM). In this state, participants are better able to access deep psychological and transpersonal material while maintaining their ability to retain a sense of personal agency even while in a profound psychedelic state. THE FORMAT

• Cannabis-Assisted Breathwork Circles are 4 hours in length and include a check-in, a review of what to expect and how to navigate journey space, followed by some time for Q & A. Guided meditation and breathwork practices, music accompaniments, and the creation and holding of a sacred ceremonial container for imbibing and transpersonal journey work, will all be included in this offering.
• Safety and confidentiality are central to this process. All participants will be asked to commit to this requirement before entering ceremonial space.
• Medicine. All participants are to bring their own supply of Cannabis to the circle. Details will be forwarded upon acceptance to the circle.
• Driving is NOT permitted post Cannabis ingestion. All persons participating must arrange a ride home.

• Thursday, June 5, 2025, 6-10 pm ET.
• Thursday, July 3, 2025, 6-10 pm ET.
• Thursday, September 25, 2025, 6-10 pm ET
• Thursday, October 23, 2025, 6-10 pm ET
• LOCATION. All circles are in-person and take place at Spear Wellness Centre, 4 Cataraqui St #101, Kingston, ON

REGISTRATION

• Registration. To participate in this circle, all participants must complete a Safety Questionnaire (SQ): https://forms.gle/DP5q5BLWZrFd78ND8
• An intake assessment MAY also be required and will be determined upon review of the completed SQ.

• $120 per person per circle.

CANCELLATION

• Full refunds are provided if the registrant cancels 7 or more days before the circle date. A 50% refund will be provided if cancellation occurs less than 7 days prior to the circle date, with NO refund issued if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the circle date.

INTEGRATION

Integration is the most important part of any altered state experience. This is where the work really begins. Whatever our reason for engaging this practice, finding ways to weave new insights into our lives is essential for real change to manifest. A variety of strategies will be reviewed with participants as part of this ceremonial experience. To further assist with integration, additional Integration Coaching sessions with Denise can be arranged as needed.

My transpersonal roots extend to plant medicines which I've utilized as a tool for my own psychospirtual development since 2018. In 2022 I began training with the Center Mindfulness (CMM) in Colorado, where I learned to work with cannabis as a psychedelic. In 2023, I became a credentialed psychedelic sitter and guide for this medicine. I've subsequently attended Mystery School offerings through the CMM as well as the Centre for Applied Jungian Studies. Finally, I've completed training with Therapsil in Canada (psilocybin focus); and I've participated in medicine facilitated group work with Gathering Groups - an online program that fosters connection, resilience, and growth.
