Youth Stuff—Youth is back Thursday, 7PM. Starting a new devotional - ”Wild Invitation.” We’re also going to be planning our Spring Break trip to the Roger Williams Zoo on Thu., April 23, 12PM-4PM

Board Meeting—Thursday, April 23, 7:15pm

Taunton Earth Day—Sat., April 25, 9AM-noon. We would like to take a team from LCC to care for our community by assisting the city with the Earth Day clean up. Please sign up in the back ASAP with your T-shirt size.

Ladies’ ATC—April 26, 10:30AM. The Taunton ladies’ house of Adult and Teen Challenge will be ministering at LCC with music and testimonies. We will end that service with a Potluck Fellowship meal to give you time to spend with the ladies and your LCC family.

Special Business Meeting - All voting members please be aware of our special business meeting on Sunday, May 3. The purpose of this meeting is to vote on the members at lage to be added to the transition comittee as well as appropriation of funds for the parking lot resurfacing. Check out hte proposals on the bulletin board for the details.

Mike & Polly Brown, missionaries to Bolivia! Sun., May 17 is a special day with Mike & Polly, the missionaries that our Bolivian missions team worked with at Plentitud de Gozo, Coachabamba in 2024. We are planning another missions trip in 2027.

A Message from Denise Godwin

Here we are, looking at current events and finding ourselves once again shocked that International Media Ministries is working on a project that parallels the countries in turmoil. We are grateful to be making progress on the limited series Esther: Queen of Hope. Edits are progressing on each episode. Last week, we held a preview screening of the first episode with friends in North Carolina. The response was enthusiastic!

The war in Iran has posed challenges for one of our broadcast partners. Pars-7’s satellite connection was disrupted, but they were able to get back on the air within a week! I am so grateful that all our Iranian connections are eager to release this limited series. The Bible gives the Persians their own history about a young woman standing up for many. Esther spoke out to keep Persia from violating their own principles. She risked her life and saved her people.

Continue to pray for God’s anointing and provision as we move ahead with visual effects and post-production elements like music, audio, and color. We are working hard to finish well. We do not want to slow down one bit! Will you pray for the hearts and lives of those who will see this series? The region is on the point of a change that could open up many powerful opportunities for the Good News! Together, we can make an impact.

Pray: Pray for God’s anointing and provision for the Esther: Queen of Hope post- production, our editors, the soundtrack composer, and the colorist.

Bible Study & KiDz Club— Wednesdays, 7PM!

Join us for Midweek Bible Study & KiDz Club Ministry - We are looking forward to meeting everyone on Wednesday nights with Bible studies for adults and KiDz ministry for kids ages 4 - grade 5. Wednesday nights at 7pm.

Join us on Thursday nights at 7pm, with our Youth Group. - There will be NO YOUTH April 2nd

KiDz Church - Every Sunday. We have a powerful ministry for kids at 10:30AM. We have a small group with plenty of room to spread out and be safe while we learn more about God and His will for our lives. KiDz Church is for ages K - 5th grade.

Nursery & Toddler room ministry for our little ones. Please consider taking one week out of the month to minister to God's little ones. We have little tables and chairs set up in the nursery area for the little ones too young for KiDz Church with activities to keep them occupied so you can be in the service.

We are excited to be able to welcome all people into our spaces. God is doing a great work within our community.
