Ray & Margi Bradbury, missionaries to Buenos Aires, Argentina

Recently, the Potter's Hands enjoyed the ministry and testimony of Dr. Alex Hennis. He is a professor at Global University in Springfield, Missouri.

When he was seventeen years old, he was imprisoned for 40 years. As he began to serve his time, he was thrown into isolation for violence. While separated from the general population and alone, he began to read the Bible and soon came across the words of Paul to the Romans. "If you declare with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved" (Romans 10:9-10 NIV).

He surrendered to Christ alone in isolation away from the general population. Later he became a student at Global University. I invited him to Argentina and arranged for him to speak in several churches around the Capital and in the Assemblies of God Bible School. He was a tremendous blessing, and I know he will be a great blessing wherever he ministers in the future.

Prayer Requests:

  • Let's pray for God to continue using Dr. Alex Hennis in a powerful way. I have never seen a man spend more time at the altar working with individuals and their needs. He has deep compassion for those in need.
  • Please continue praying for Argentina. We are about to have elections. Pray for God's will in Argentina at this challenging time.
  • Pray for families in our church that face daily uncertainty because of the economic problems.
  • Pray the God will lead us as we reach the inner city with gospel. Pray that we will impact families.

ALL FOR JESUS

RAY, MARGI

Trust in and rely confidently on the LORD with all your heart And do not rely on your own insight or understanding. In all your ways know and acknowledge and recognize Him, And He will make your paths straight and smooth [removing obstacles that block your way]. (Proverbs 3:5-6 Amplified Bible)

Daily Bread —The new quarter of Daily Bread devotionals are now available in the foyer.
