When a missionary flourishes, students hear the gospel. Marriages are strengthened. Families are discipled. Leaders rise. Ministries multiply.
When a missionary burns out, the Harvest is at stake.
I believe the most strategic work I can do is caring for, equipping, and developing the people God has already placed in the harvest.
I serve with Cru’s national leadership development team, where my role is simple: help keep the workers in the harvest.
My teams do this by coming alongside staff to strengthen:
- spiritual and emotional health
- leadership development
- calling and clarity
- team culture and support
- long-term sustainability in ministry
What to Expect in Our Conversation
Our upcoming conversation will simply be a chance to:
- share what God is doing in and through Cru
- talk about the ministry I lead
- hear your story
- explore whether partnering together is something God might invite you to do
My hope is that you leave encouraged by what God is doing in the US and around the world, and know how you might be able to be a part.
Please feel free to contact me at 513.461.3578 or bill.henrichs@cru.org to hear more about my ministry with Cru.
