BRILLSTA AFROBEATS EMERGING SUPERSTAR

Brillsta (real nameĀ Benjamin Uhuo) is a Nigerian-born artist, based in Lagos and signed to Trap records Entertainment. Brillsta hails from Ebonyi State and is the second child in a family of 6. At a very young age, he began to develop an interest in music. His style of music is considered Contemporary Pop/ Afrobeat & Reggae.

Brillsta's recent single #Ebeano has been the talk of town in and around Nigeria, with loads of fans making viral videos to the already-popular hit song, which has taken the Eastern part of Nigeria by storm. Brillsta is already creating a name for himself and with the video release for Ebeano, Brillsta aims to take it a notch higher coupled with a December 2024 tour around Nigeria.

Brillsta dropped his first professional single 'Fortunate Me' in 2016 and followed up with 'Lemme Pass', 'They Dunno' before releasing 'Follow Me' in 2018. The Award-winning music artiste followed up the successes of those singles by delivering another classic tune 'Ayaya' which features one of Nigeria's most talented rappers, Zoro, which made 2019 a pretty good year. Brillsta has remained consistent ever since with lots of impressive songs under his belt.

2020 saw the release of the highly infectious 'Bullion Van' and a more impressive remix with one of Nigeria's foremost rappers, Reminisce, further cementing Brillsta's spot as one of Africa's next emerging superstars. In 2022, Brillsta dropped the sleeper hit 'One Hundred' to global acclaim as it became a viral sensation online with the visuals hitting over 1 Million views on YouTube and getting fans all excited for his first body of work, which was later released in December 2022, making a highly impressive year for the multi-talented singer.

The year 2024 is about to bring out the best in the uber-talented act with plethora of releases with the very first being #Ebeano, a song that appeals to the cultural heritage of South Eastern Nigeria, further buttressing Brillsta's incredible music versatility which cuts across all genres.
