Kickstart your week with our Mindful Mondays meditation classes to help you foster presence, sharpen focus, and lessen emotional reactivity. These sessions are designed to fortify your resilience against stress, heighten self-awareness, nurture healthier relationships, and ultimately elevate your quality of life.
30-Minute Meditation: Reduce Anxiety and Stress

Start your week with our Monday meditation classes to help you sharpen your focus, and get ready for the days ahead. Meditations are inspired to give your mind a little rest to rejuvenate and recharge.
Each 30-minute meditation helps relax the entire body, including the brain, the nervous system, and the heart’s blood pressure. Gentle slow breaths also nurture the immune system and lower rates of anxiety and depression.
Pamela, the meditation instructor, will be away on August 5th and has generously provided recordings during her absence. Employees can click on the specific date and watch the recording to keep their meditation habits and lifestyle strong!

Stress Less, Achieve More: Enhancing Productivity and Wellbeing (Stress Awareness Week)

The fast pace of modern life has made stress a common experience, with over a third of individuals worldwide facing its persistent effects. Chronic, unmanaged stress poses significant health risks, not only impacting mental and physical wellbeing but also undermining the stability of interpersonal relationships. In response to this pervasive issue, International Stress Awareness Week 2024, scheduled from November 4 to 8, underscores the critical need to raise awareness and develop effective strategies for managing stress in both personal and professional contexts.
The theme for 2024, "Campaigning to Reduce Stress and Improve Wellbeing," emphasizes the importance of increasing awareness and refining coping strategies across various aspects of life. The week aims to inspire the exploration of innovative strategies that promote resilience and mutual support, ultimately contributing to a healthier and more balanced life.
This online seminar is a recorded, on-demand event. Participants will benefit by being able to:

Prediabetes: Pre-VENT Diabetes

Although millions of US adults have pre-diabetes, this condition may be reversed with action. During this presentation, we will explain why it is important to understand pre-diabetes and provide you ways that may help to prevent diabetes. Specifically, you will learn about the prevalence of pre-diabetes, define diabetes, and discuss risk factors for developing pre-diabetes. We will also review healthier behaviors that may reverse pre-diabetes.
