GPS Units - PlayerData
- Worn by players for all training sessions and matches
- Used to measure physical performance, compare players, help reduce soft-tissue injury
- Data used to calculate an optimal workload for our players
GPS DataViz - Data Management
- Players complete wellness questionnaire daily (fatigue, soreness, mood, stress, sleep)
- Software combines wellness data with physical output data (GPS) to create workload metrics for each player
- Recommendations are made by the software to help protect players from overwork and potential injury
