When you’ve been issued a badge from Infor, you will receive an email from Credly admin@youracclaim.com / admin@credly.com that looks like this:
Click the Accept your badge button below the badge image. This will take you to Credly to accept the badge. If you do not have an account, you will first create an account before accepting the badge.
Please note: Badge notification emails are sent from admin@credly.com If you are expecting a badge notification email and haven't received it, please check your junk or spam folder.
Follow the below steps to create a Credly account:
- Fill in each field for your name, email, country, and password.
- Let Credly know if you'd like to receive occasional messages. These messages will contain information to help you make the most of Credly. You can change your preferences for receiving marketing emails from Credly at any time.
- Read and agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
- Click Create Account. The following message will display on your screen:
You'll receive an email to your registered email address. Click Confirm My Email.
Please note: If you do not confirm your account, you will receive an error message when attempting to sign-in. Also, you will be unable to reset your password until you confirm your account. Confirmation emails are sent from admin@credly.com. If you haven't received your confirmation email within a few minutes to an hour, please check your junk or spam folder.
Infor issues badges as soon as your certification is complete. However, please allow a few business days between earning the badge and for the badge acceptance email to arrive.
After you create your Credly account, you'll be prompted to sign in with the credentials you created.
After you sign-in, you'll see your badge on your dashboard. Click Accept Badge to accept your badge and start sharing it. Ensure to select the setting of your choice while accepting your badge.
Your badge is now available on your dashboard.
