The Mystery of Edwin Drood Production by Kent College

It is with tremendous pride that we present this year’s whole school production, The Mystery of Edwin Drood. With pupils from Year 5 to the Sixth Form involved on stage, backstage, Front of House, in making costumes and providing production support, it truly has been a whole school effort.

It has been both exciting and challenging to bring a relatively unknown show to life and I thank Helen Bruce for introducing us to it………even with its associated complexity of multiple endings.

I cannot thank this company of young people enough for their energy, enthusiasm and unfailing good humour. They have made the production process a delight!

The message of this joyous show has resonated with us throughout rehearsals as laughter has been a constant element and we hope that you will join in with us tonight.

So for now, please sit back and enjoy a night at The Music Hall Royale!

Gilly Cable, Director.
