Our WHY: As a team we look to identify players purpose, cause, or belief which is critical to living a fulfilled student-athlete life and driving success in everything we do. It's the spark that ignites a passion and the foundation for everything we do. To enhance and broaden the quality of the student-athlete experience. We connect and invest in the person and student first, then athlete second.

Aligning the team: Ensure that everyone on the roster shares the team’s WHY and understands how their role contributes to it. This alignment creates a strong company culture and drives a sense of belonging, commitment, and enthusiasm.

Establish the HOW's: By defining the values, expectations, principles, habits, and standards in which we operate, these actions bring the vision to life!

Finally, focus on the WHAT's: The tangible aspects of our team, like player expectations, accountability, and technical demands, worth ethic, unshakable confidence, tactical strategies. As we become, what we indeed are; a talented, high character, driven soccer program.

Haverford's small size makes possible a highly personalized, hands-on educational experience. Professors work side-by-side with students to do high-level research while also developing analytical thinking and pushing the boundaries of each discipline.

As a Haverford student, you are free to take classes at Bryn Mawr and Swarthmore Colleges, and the University of Pennsylvania offers a 4 + 1 engineering program that grants a B.S. from Haverford and a master's from Penn in just five years.
