These sessions are designed to fortify your resilience against stress, heighten self-awareness, nurture healthier relationships, and ultimately elevate your quality of life.
30-Minute Meditation: Reduce Anxiety and Stress

Start your week with our Monday meditation classes to help you sharpen your focus, and get ready for the days ahead. Meditations are inspired to give your mind a little rest to rejuvenate and recharge.
Each 30-minute meditation helps relax the entire body, including the brain, the nervous system, and the heart’s blood pressure. Gentle slow breaths also nurture the immune system and lower rates of anxiety and depression.
Pamela, the meditation instructor, will be away on August 5th and has generously provided recordings during her absence. Employees can click on the specific date and watch the recording to keep their meditation habits and lifestyle strong!
