RE STUMPING
RESTUMPING is the process of replacing original defective wooden stumps with new more durable concrete stumps and jack up the subfloor safely to original level. Troy's Levelling & restumping is proud of our extensive experience in house restumping with wealth of knowledge and skills to handle every job effectively and efficiently.
Underpinning
UNDERPINNING is the process of strengthening and stabilising an existing concrete or blue stone foundation to provide support and prevent any further movement or structural issues. It may be necessary in several situations such as foundation settlement due to soil movement, foundation damage due to soil movement, moisture or storm water drainage issues, building additions or extensions, tree root growth affecting the integrity of the house’s foundation and defective work.
Re PacKing
