Team honors seniors during February 10 home game
On February 10, the Otselic Valley girls varsity basketball team hosted Madison for a hard-fought matchup and a meaningful Senior Night celebration. The Vikings battled until the final buzzer in a close contest, falling 36-29 after a strong defensive effort and determined play throughout the game. The energy in the gym reflected the pride felt for the team and especially its seniors
The evening included recognition of OV varsity seniors Miranda Hackett, Lilly Palmer, Kenzie Reandeau, Skyler Graham, Abby White, and Emma Rooker for their contributions to the program. A special Senior Night recognition was also given to senior cheerleader Josie Guernsey and Wyatt Eaton, who has shared his talent by singing the National Anthem at many home games this season. Their contributions have helped create the spirit and tradition that make Otselic Valley special. The evening provided an opportunity to honor the dedication, leadership, and commitment shown by OV’s senior athletes throughout their time in the program.
