Annual Overnight Parking Permit Renewals Due by November 30

A parking permit is required to park on a public street in Temple City between 2:00 AM and 5:00 AM. Residents who have purchased annual permits must renew their permits by November 30. Any late renewals will need to pay a late fee equal to the cost of the permit. Customers can apply online here! Letters to all annual overnight parking permit holders have gone out informing them of how and when to apply.

Neighborhood Focus: Trash Containers

From time to time the city receives complaints about trash cans left out in public view after the trash pickup day. In November, Community Preservation inspectors focus on educating property owners about the City’s requirements on when containers need to be moved and where trash containers should be stored. Trash cans may not be placed on the street any earlier than 5:00 p.m. the day before collection and must be removed by 10:00 p.m. on the day of collection. If you see garbage containers left out in the street or on the sidewalk that is not on a designated trash day in your area, please feel free to contact the Community Preservation Division at (626) 285-5240 or send us a request using our Request Tracker.
