A day full of excitement and gratitude
On November 26th, our entire AMS IV community came together for a day filled with celebration, gratitude, and school pride! We kicked things off by honoring our seniors during a special visit from I Will Graduate, a long-standing partner of over three years. For those who don’t know, I Will Graduate is a youth empowerment and educational support organization committed to helping students stay in school, stay motivated, and stay focused on their future. They travel across NYC energizing young people with motivational programming, school-wide celebrations, and powerful messages about resilience and success.
Their team brought an electrifying pep rally to AMS IV—complete with high energy, encouragement, and a powerful reminder for our seniors (and the rest of our students) to finish strong. Students from all grades jumped into the games, challenges, and friendly competitions… and even our staff got in on the action! As always, the IWG team delivered an unforgettable experience.
After the rally, our school continued the celebration with our annual Thanksgiving Luncheon, featuring a delicious variety of catered dishes that fed our entire school community. It was a true moment of unity—students, staff, and families sharing a meal, laughing together, and enjoying the warmth of the season. Throughout the week, we also took time to reflect and hear what our students and staff were grateful for. From family and friends to the AMS IV community itself, the heartfelt messages reminded us what makes our school so special. It was an incredible week at AMS IV—full of joy, energy, gratitude, and community. Here’s to finishing the year strong, together!
