2024 In Review
The University of Scranton once again proved to be the class of the Landmark Conference in 2024. The top-seeded Royals captured their fifth straight Landmark title with a commanding 3-0 victory over No. 2 Lycoming.
Behind goals from Morgan Griffin, Mary Haggerty, and Niamh Healy, Scranton earned its 11th conference championship in program history and 10th under head coach Colleen Pivirotto. The Royals outshot the Warriors 32-7 and posted their 14th shutout of the season, securing the league’s automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.
The University of Scranton Royals enter the season as the clear favorites, topping the 2025 Coaches Poll with 81 points and nine first-place votes. They are followed closely by the Lycoming Warriors, the 2024 league runner-up, who garnered 67 points and a single first-place nod. Catholic University ranks third with 63 points, while Elizabethtown, Moravian, and Drew round out the top six.
The rest of the field includes Susquehanna (7th), Wilkes (8th), Juniata (9th), and Goucher (10th).
