ABOUT
My name is Celeste, and I’m a multimedia artist exploring emotion, creativity, and the unconscious through my work. I’m also a board-certified art therapist, though I no longer work in a clinical setting. Burnout, survival, and my own mental health pushed me back toward fine art — and toward fully personifying the unhinged parts of myself. My illustrations are raw, emotional, and unedited. They come directly from specific moments in my life, shaped by my own diagnoses, obsessions, and “demons.” Creating them helps me understand myself from a different angle. After everything I’ve struggled with, the one thing I refuse to be is dishonest. I’m not afraid to tell ugly truths because I wish someone had done that for me years ago. More than anything, I want people to feel seen.
GRAPHIC DESIGN MEETS FINE ART MEETS THE CHAOTIC PSYCHE
i've had a lot graphic designers tell me that their inspiration comes from looking around their environment and seeing what is missing - what do we need/want? groundbreaking thought - what if i created things that no one would ever want or need?
