Principal Message

Welcome back! We hope you all enjoyed a restful and joy-filled long weekend with your loved ones. This was a short but full week, and we are reminded of how quickly the month of May is passing— we are already heading into the last week of the month!

We have a busy few days ahead. Our Grade 6 students will be writing their first Provincial Achievement Test (PAT)—please keep them in your prayers as they demonstrate their learning and perseverance. We also have Grade 6 student immunizations taking place this week, and of course, Freezie Friday returns!

We are especially looking forward to Parent Appreciation on Friday afternoon. This is a small gesture to thank you for the incredible support, care, and partnership you show our school community. You are a vital part of your child’s faith and learning journey, and we are so grateful for you. We will be on the tarmac after school on Friday!

As we continue moving forward together, may we hold fast to the words of St. Paul: “Let all that you do be done in love.” (1 Corinthians 16:14)

Blessings for a joyful and productive week ahead,

Mrs. Carr-Jeschke & Mrs. McNamee

Parent Appreciation

We will be honoring all our amazing parents & guardians on Friday, May 30th after school! Swing by the tarmac after dismissal, say hi and pick up a little token of our appreciation! Thank you for all you do!!

Student Pick Ups/Drop Offs

When dropping off/picking up students, please use the designated drop off zones. These are 96 Ave (in front of the school) and 145 Street (the west side of the school).

Please DO NOT use the staff parking lot for student drop offs or pick ups. There are a lot of blind spots and staff vehicles, along with Division vehicles, coming in and out of the lot. This creates a very unsafe environment for students to be walking through.

Please choose safety over convenience and use marked cross walks and drop off zones to ensure students arrive safely to and from school.

Thank you for your cooperation!

Have a wonderful weekend!
