DCMO BOCES Capital Project Approved by Voters

DCMO BOCES Facility Upgrades

Voters across the 16 component districts of DCMO BOCES have approved the proposed Capital Building Project.

The project includes repairs and upgrades to facilities at both the Harrold Campus in Sidney Center and the Pole Campus in Norwich, and the acquisition of the former Masonville Elementary School to support future program expansion.

Many Otselic Valley students participate in Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs and other services offered through DCMO BOCES. The approved project is intended to enhance learning environments, improve safety and security, and expand opportunities for students across the region.

Project work is expected to begin in spring 2027 and be completed by December 2028.

“We are grateful for the approval of both propositions in this capital project and, moreover, for the support shown by our DCMO BOCES community.” – Michael Rullo, DCMO BOCES District Superintendent.

Community members can learn more about the approved project through the DCMO BOCES website.
