Seaside Gas - $250 Gift card contest & rules

Rules & Regulations:

Eligibility: This drawing is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

How to Enter: To enter, participants must:

1. Like the official Seaside Gas Service Facebook page.
2. Like and share the specific Facebook post related to the "Cape Cod's Best Community Choice Awards" on the Seaside Gas Service Facebook page on the same day the post is originally published.
3. Late likes and shares will not be counted as valid entries.

Drawing Period: The drawing will run from May 16, 2025, at 12:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) and end on May 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM EDT.

Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Drawing Period. The drawing will take place in early June 2025. The potential winner will be announced on the Seaside Gas Service Facebook page.

Prize Claim: The potential winner is solely responsible for claiming the prize. The potential winner must contact Seaside Gas Service via private message on Facebook within forty-eight (48) hours of the winner announcement to claim the $250 Visa gift card.

Forfeiture: If the potential winner fails to contact Seaside Gas Service within the forty-eight (48) hour claim period, or if the winner is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries at Seaside Gas Service's sole discretion.

Prize: The prize is one (1) $250 Visa gift card. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash equivalent or substitution of the prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of Seaside Gas Service.

Release: By participating in this drawing, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Seaside Gas Service, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the drawing or receipt or use of the prize.

General Conditions: Seaside Gas Service reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the drawing, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Seaside Gas Service's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the drawing. Seaside Gas Service reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the drawing or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion.

No Affiliation: This drawing is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or the "Cape Cod's Best" awards. Participants understand that they are providing their information to Seaside Gas Service and not to Facebook.

Governing Law: This drawing shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
