Kosmonauci - a boysband with a jazz background that draws on hip-hop, drum & bass and improvisation in its musical language. The instrumentation, which includes saxophone, bass, vibraphone and drums, creates the group's unique style, balancing between emotional melodies and polyrhythmic structures.
Kosmonauci is a band that has already performed at renowned Polish jazz festivals such as Jazz Jantar Festival, Bielska Zadymka Jazzowa, Młyn Jazz Festival, and at the National Philharmonic in Warsaw, gaining favor with both the audience and critics. This year has also been rich in festivals such as Open'er Festival, Męskie Granie, Next Fest Music Showcase & Conference, and Czech Music Crossroads.
On June 7th, Kosmonauci won the "Sanki" award, organized by Gazeta Wyborcza, which highlights the most interesting faces on the Polish music scene.
