Principal's Message
Conrad Families -
As we close out the first marking period, I want to extend my appreciation for the patience you’ve shown as we continue adjusting to Infinite Campus. Parents will be able to view report cards beginning November 18th, and your continued flexibility has been key as we navigate the new system together. Fall competition has officially wrapped up with the exception of Football—our Red Wolves will host the McKean Highlanders at home on Saturday. The energy around our programs has been incredible, and it truly is an exciting time to be a Red Wolf. We’re also gearing up for Choice Open House on November 18th, where we’ll welcome prospective families and showcase the work we do every day to make our building warm, inviting, and reflective of the excellence happening across our classrooms and programs. Please share the Choice flyer and/or the event details with your networks to help spread the word. Looking ahead, Parent-Teacher Conferences on November 24th and 25th will provide families with an important opportunity to connect with their child’s teachers about progress and expectations for the months ahead. Your continued partnership with families makes a meaningful difference. Thank you, as always, for your flexibility, commitment, and the pride you bring to our community.
Mission - Conrad Schools of Science… teaching life science and life lessons in a kind and inclusive environment, inspiring students and improving the world.
Vision - Conrad Schools of Science will empower students to achieve their goals and impact the community.

Report Cards
Report cards play a vital role in your child’s learning journey. They are not just a record of grades, but a valuable tool that reflects your child’s progress, strengths, and areas for improvement. Through report cards, teachers communicate how well students are progressing towards mastery of standards and skills. We encourage you to carefully review your child’s report card and to discuss it with them. Celebrate successes, and discuss ways to support continued growth at home and in school. By working together, we can ensure that your child feels supported, motivated, and inspired to reach their full potential. Report cards will be available on November 18th.
Student report card will be available digitally in the Infinite Campus portal for Marking Periods 1-3. Final report cards will be sent both in print and digitally.

Council on International Educational Exchange
The Council on International Educational Exchange is a 75 year old non-profit organization offering programs in nine world languages and secondary education subject areas. All programs are educationally aligned, build college and career readiness, and develop multicultural competency skills. CIEE program participants show strong outcomes on 4-week Language and Culture programs including earning the Global Seal of Biliteracy and 4 college credits through Tulane University and have ACTFL alignment.
This year's scholarship application deadline is extended till February 26th. Most of the funding (up to 90%) goes towards language and culture programs aiming to support WL learners, bilingualism, and global development in US high schools. CIEE had 15 participants to date in the entire state of Delaware and scholarship funding totaled to only $28,000.00. Students apply for programs directly with CIEE. It is not a group travel or faculty involvement model.
