Pumpkins, Parades and Viking Spirit! Fall Fun at Otselic Valley

A look back at some Halloween events throughout Otselic Valley

Many of our classes embraced the Halloween spirit with pumpkin carving and painting projects. Thanks to the generous donation from Don’s Barber Shop in Marathon, and with help from the Pendell family, every classroom had pumpkins to enjoy. The creativity on display made our hallways feel festive.

Students also represented Otselic Valley in the community. Cierra and her sister Aurora joined Miss Linda and the Liberty Partnership Program at the Nor-Witch Fall Festival YMCA Halloween Parade in Norwich on October 25th. They proudly marched as Vikings, with Cierra winning a soccer ball and Miss Linda winning funniest costume.

Back at school, the celebrations continued with our annual OV Halloween Parade, where students and staff showcased their costumes with pride. From imaginative characters to classic favorites, the entire school joined in the fun making it a memorable day full of laughter and OV pride.
