The administrator of the customer's account in Infor Concierge is called Contact Administrator. Their responsibilities include: creating userIDs on Concierge for direct employees, inactivating userIDs, setting userID access permissions and roles, and updating information about the organization on Concierge/Customer Portal.
The new users of Infor U Campus are required to have an account in Infor Concierge first before they can begin their education journey. Having a Concierge account will help the customer to access their Infor U Campus account and the course simulations using Single-Sign-On (SSO) seamlessly.
- Login to Infor Concierge. Then, go to the Administration menu and look for Manage Contacts.
- Choose the Infor U role template and the Infor U Campus account will be created immediately for the new member. Repeat the process for the next person.
- Note: If the Concierge Contact Admin created the user with a different access level in Concierge like Guest / Limited / Individual / Company / Company Comprehensive they are required to Opt-in to activate the Infor U Campus account.
- Note: the Infor U role template has limited Concierge access for the Infor U Campus.

Please advise the user to check the Spam/Junk/Quarantine folder if they didn't receive the email in their main mailbox, or ask your IT Department to allow the notifications coming from this email address noreply@tovutimail.com.
Infor U Opt-In
The user/s with an existing or have a different access level in Concierge such as Guest / Limited / Individual / Company / Company Comprehensive are required to click the Opt-in button to activate their Infor U Campus account.
- Login to concierge.infor.com
- Click the 9 dots (Navigation Menu) on the upper left corner.
- Under the Applications list, find the Infor U Opt-In.
- The Concierge will open a new tab, click the Submit button, and it be grayed out after.
- The new user is expected to receive one welcome email from noreply@tovutimail.com, contain login instructions for Infor U Campus.
- If the email notification is not available in the mailbox please check your Spam/Junk/Graymail/Quarantine folder or coordinate with your IT department and request to allow all the notifications coming from noreply@tovutimail.com.
- Follow the login instructions from the welcome email, they can login directly to Infor U Campus by going to education.infor.com, use the registered email and the initial password.
- The other option to login is via Customer SSO button, this is associated to their Infor Concierge account that will activate a single-sign on (SSO) access.
