Infor Concierge Contact Admin Creating an Account for the New Users

The new users of Infor U Campus are required to have an account in Infor Concierge first before they can begin their education journey. Having a Concierge account will help the customer to access their Infor U Campus account and the course simulations using Single-Sign-On (SSO) seamlessly.

  • The organization's Concierge Contact Administrator may create an account for their new users.
  • Choose Infor U access level so the account for the Campus platform will be created immediately. Follow the steps in the button below.

The user/s will receive a welcome email with the subject "Thank you for registering for Infor U Campus!" sent by noreply@tovutimail.com.

Please advise the user to check the Spam/Junk/Quarantine folder if they didn't receive the email in their main mailbox, or ask your cybersecurity team to whitelist this email address noreply@tovutimail.com so it will not be blocked/categorized as a Spam.
