Ready to roll
- Both chargers come with the built-in adapters to fit most North American EVs including any Tesla vehicle.
- The 240V/50amp line feeds into both chargers so it doesn't matter which one is used.
- For safety reasons the chargers reduce the allowable output to 40amps so if both chargers are used at the same time each vehicle will receive about 20amps which means each car will charge around 15 miles per hour.
- If one car is being charged you'll receive around 30-35 miles per hour of charge.

You're going to love sitting in front of the gas fireplace. Just push the button and wait a few seconds for an incredible transformation of peace. The living room is one of the best rooms in the house for all to gather and it's connected to the kitchen so nobody misses anything.
FAQs
Is there WiFi? - Absolutely! You'll find the password all throughout the house so the kids don't need to ask you 100 times to connect their devices.
Can you we bring animals? That's a no unfortunately. Our daughter is extremely allergic. All animals are prohibited and we will need to ask you to leave without refund if there are animals found on property.
How many beds, bedrooms, baths are there? There are 4 individual bedrooms and 5 total beds (1 king, 2 queens, 2 twins). There are 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath. The primary connected bathroom has a double vanity with private soaking tub and walk in shower.
What's included? When you arrive you'll have everything you need to get started and into the home comfortably. You'll have laundry detergent, 2 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels for each bathroom, cleaning supplies and morning coffee pods ready to go. The Dollar General is just 5 minutes away (we love it there!)

How do we pay? Just confirm the dates with Eileen (570-470-8058) and send a 50% deposit through Venmo to @raysteffen81. Final payment will be due at least two weeks before check-in or your stay will be canceled without refund. Yes, Photo ID is required along with a new recently taken profile photo or selfie to match the ID.
Can we cancel? Is there a refund?
- 0-30 days before check-in: No Refund of deposit.
- 31-60 days before check-in: 25% of deposit refunded.
- 61-90 days before check-in: 50% of deposit refunded.
- 91+ days before check-in: 75% of deposit refunded.
- Please note: The moment your date is confirmed and booked we are purchasing supplies and scheduling the cleaner to prepare a spotless home for you.
